Navigating between applications

Click the icon at the top left to open the applications menu. From this menu you can reach every feature of the system: use the icons to open a specific section, or use the quick search bar.
Helpdesk - ticket management

This module lets you manage your customers' requests (or tickets). Each ticket has a detailed record to store everything related to it. You can see the current situation in the kanban view, where tickets are grouped by status: New, Waiting, In progress, Done or Cancelled. You can change a ticket's status simply by dragging it from one column to another. In the detail view of a ticket, the "Service orders" section lets you view or create the field visits needed to resolve it.
Field service - managing work orders for repairs and maintenance

This application manages field service jobs, which can be assigned to a team or directly to a person. For each order you can specify a wide range of information, including type, related ticket, priority, location, scheduling, checklists, contacts, required spare parts and much more. Once scheduled, the order appears in the technician's calendar and they can take it on. The technician can prepare for the job by reviewing all the information entered, checking the history of jobs and maintenance on the same system and seeing how far away it is on the map. Once the job is done, they can mark it as completed from their smartphone, adding any notes that may be useful for invoicing or future jobs. From the "Dashboard/orders" menu you can view completed orders and close them (together with the related ticket) to move on to Invoicing.
Sales and Invoicing

When you create a sales order from a work order, it is automatically filled in with all the necessary data, such as billing details, labour and the cost of the spare parts used. The list of sales orders is in the Sales application. Once the order is confirmed you can create an invoice from it, which will also be pre-filled. Invoices are managed in the Invoicing application.
